STUDIO TOUR/FULL CAST

The Holiday Studio Tour is CAST's big event of the year. It is held on the first weekend of December (this year on December 5 and 6). Over 35 craft artists open their studios, partner with a fellow artists in his/her studio, or offer their fine craft items at locations in and around Sewanee and Monteagle. You won't be disappointed if you spend one or both days in the area.

Studio Tour Maps are available now. They may obtained from a Studio Tour participant, from the St. Andrews Sewanee School Gallery, and from many businesses in Franklin, Grundy, and Coffee Counties. They may also be printed from this site (see below near bottom of page).

"Full CAST," a CAST Chapter exhibition will be hosted by the St. Andrew's-Sewanee Gallery in conjunction with the CAST 2009 HOLIDAY STUDIO TOUR . In addition to the Studio Tour Weekend, the Full CAST Exhibition will be on view Wednesday, December 2 through Friday, December 11, 2009. This group exhibition includes a fine sampling of work by Studio Tour participants, other members of CAST, and St. Andrew's Sewanee School faculty and staff. SAS student work is available in the adjoining studios. The SAS Gallery is located in the center of Simmonds Hall on the St. Andrews-Sewanee School campus. Visitors are welcome weekdays from 9 a.m. 'till 4 p.m. and by appointment. Contact Gallery Director Christi Teasley at 931-968-0210 ext. 3151 for more information.
